IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COURT OPERATIONS AND COVID-19
In response to Governor Mike DeWine's Executive Order 2020-01D declaring a state of emergency regarding the COVID-19 public heath emergency, the Court will take those measures necessary to keep the public, attorneys, and our staff safe.
All oral arguments scheduled for April and May are hereby canceled and those cases previously scheduled for oral argument during those months will be decided on the briefs only. The Court will continue its regular schedule for submitting cases on the briefs.
Although the Court's central offices in Middletown are closed to the public, the Court will continue operating with only essential staff on site.
Any questions regarding operations of the clerk of courts' offices in the Twelfth District should be directed to the clerk's office in each individual county.
2020 JUDICIAL CONFERENCE AND APPELLATE SEMINAR CANCELLED
The Court's annual Judicial Conference and Appellate Seminar, scheduled for April 24, 2020, has been cancelled.
